    This is such a great idea. The reading curriculum we use uses "stretching and shrinking" and I just love it. We use slinkies to stretch it orally and it just might be the kiddos favorite part of guided reading!

    This is great! Do you ever switch out the pictures to give the kids different words? Maybe by using velcro we could do that?
