Five for Friday!

I'm linking up with Doodle Bugs Teaching for her weekly Five for Friday Linky!  This one is especially exciting to share for numerous reasons...
See below.

So, we put our house on the market last week.  It was so exciting and a bit overwhelming, but we feel excited for the next chapter!!!

Then, it SOLD in 1 day............................
I said I was excited, not ready to pack up immediately. Oh my word!
Needless to say, I am a bit overwhelmed.

I always love getting pictures from fellow teachers and friends who use my tpt stuff.  This activity comes from my Pre-K Interactive Math Journals.  She used the activity on a piece of construction paper instead of in a "math journal".  It's so neat to see how other teachers use my resources.  If you buy something, please email me pictures at

I had an amazing time at the SDE Pre-K conference here in TN.  I had the privilege to present my first session with SDE on Interactive Journals for Little Learners.  I was nervous, but once I got going-- I felt just fine!  I also got to listen to one of my favorite bloggers Kim Adsit.  I have admired her for a while now!
I will post more on my session soon.

And this one is fairly random...
But, I had to share!
That same friend who sent me the picture of my math journals posted this picture of her door and another teachers.  So cute!!!  I would love walking into that door each day. Adorable!
Don't forget to head on over to Kacey's blog to link up!

  3. I wish we could decorate our doors like that! The fire marshal here would have a fit! But they're soooo cute!

  4. Oh my goodness! I would also be overwhelmed if my house sold in 1 day! On of my colleagues decorated her door with Olaf too! It is so cute and makes me smile every time I walk down the hall.

Crayons, Pencils, and Students - OH MY!

  5. We are in the process of buying a house that was on the market one day and we were the first ones to see it! LOL. Congrats on presenting! I just did my first PD at my school and I about lost my cookies from being so nervous.
